SaaS subscriptions
Customers may cancel a SaaS subscription at any time before the next scheduled renewal through the cancellation method provided in the applicable product account or by emailing support@phpdigital.online. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges.
When cancellation takes effect
Unless the applicable offer states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Access remains available until that date. Fees for a billing period that has already started are generally non-refundable and non-prorated except where required by law or covered by our Refund Policy.
Free trials and promotional periods
If a product includes a free trial or promotional billing period, its duration, renewal price in United States dollars (USD) and renewal date are disclosed before enrollment. The customer must cancel before the displayed renewal date to avoid the next charge.
One-time digital purchases
A completed one-time purchase does not renew automatically. Requests to cancel or refund a one-time purchase are handled under our Refund Policy.
Cancellation confirmation
Cancellation requests sent by email are normally reviewed within 2 business days. PHP DIGITAL sends confirmation to the email associated with the account or purchase. Customers should retain that confirmation.
Service termination
PHP DIGITAL may suspend or terminate access for fraud, unlawful use, material breach of the Terms of Use or activity that threatens the service or other users. Where reasonably possible, notice will be provided. Mandatory rights under applicable United States federal or state law remain unaffected.
