We want customers to understand each purchase before paying. Every sales page identifies the product, price in United States dollars (USD), billing model, delivery method, access conditions and any product-specific refund terms.
Submitting a request
To request a refund or report an unauthorized, duplicate or incorrect charge, contact support@phpdigital.online using the purchase email. Include your full name, order reference, purchase date and reason for the request. Do not send passwords or complete payment-card details.
Request period
Refund requests for an initial digital purchase may be submitted within 14 calendar days from the purchase date unless the applicable sales page states a more favorable period. This is PHP DIGITAL’s commercial policy and does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable United States federal or state law.
Eligibility
A request may be approved when access was not delivered, a charge was duplicated or unauthorized, the product has a verified material defect, or the delivered product materially differs from its description. Change-of-mind requests after substantial access, use or download may be declined unless the applicable sales page or mandatory law provides otherwise.
SaaS subscriptions
Subscription cancellation is governed by our Cancellation Policy. A subscription can be cancelled before its next renewal. Fees for a billing period that has already started are generally non-refundable and non-prorated unless required by law or expressly stated on the applicable offer page.
Review and processing
PHP DIGITAL normally reviews a complete request within 5 business days. If approved, the refund is initiated to the original payment method within 5 business days. For payments processed through Stripe, the credit normally appears on the customer’s statement approximately 5 to 10 business days after initiation, depending on the bank or card issuer.
No physical returns
PHP DIGITAL primarily offers digital products and services. No physical return or shipping process applies unless a specific offer expressly includes a physical item.
